        Improved user experience

        With New Wave Workspace, people can automatically generate QR codes to contact meeting participants via a phone call from their mobile device or e-mail. They can extend meetings. Or they can cancel or finish them early to return rooms to inventory in Office 365. They can book ad hoc meetings on the spot or for any future date. And optional PIN code can be set up to ensure only authorized users can book ad hoc meetings.

        Using New Wave Workspace 3D/2D Floor Plan and large Crestron touch screens, people can easily book their meeting room and hot desk by searching workspaces by department zones or colleagues. (Kiosks sold separately.)
